Late October sees the release of four fragrances from the Coty company, responsible for brands such as Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs and Kate Moss.
Speaking of those three brands, here are the scents hitting shelves in Australia in the next couple of weeks:
Calvin Klein Beauty is a fresh floral fragrance, with notes of ambrette, jasmine and cedarwood. It's available in three sizes (30ml=$80, 50ml=$110, 100ml=$140, all EDP) and also as a 200ml Bath & Shower Crème ($40) and Skin Lotion ($50).
Marc Jacobs has two fragrances being released in October, the first of which is Lola Velvet Edition. As far as I can tell, it's the original fragrance, featuring notes of pink peppercorn, rose, geranium and vanilla, in a limited edition bottle (the lid of which is a 'velvet' flower). This special edition of Lola will be available as a 50ml EDP for $120.
The second Marc Jacobs scent hitting shelves is for men - Bang. You may or may not have seen Marc Jacobs himself in the advertisement for this fragrance...if you haven't, Google it. Anyway...back to the fragrance itself... a "threesome of peppercorns" (according to the official Bang website, where you can also see the advert...), woods, benzoin and patchouli are what you can expect to smell in Bang, which you will be able to purchase in two sizes (50ml=$95, 100ml=$130) as well as a deo stick ($35) and aftershave balm ($55 for 150ml).
And finally, Kate Moss' Vintage Muse, which I mentioned in a previous Hitting Shelves Soon, is coming to Australian shelves this month. The soft floral with notes of rhubarb, peony, purple violet and chocolate will come in two sizes - 30ml ($30) and 50ml ($39), and should be available at Myer, Target & selected perfumeries around Oz.
NOTE: I have not tried any of these fragrances, I'm just letting you all know what's coming to your nearest department store's fragrance counters. :) Also, all prices are in Australian dollars.
